She is a retired counselor and professor with over 30 years of experience at UCLA and El Camino College in Southern California. She was one of the first certified trainers for the True Colors Personality System and the author of the Bestselling Book, Follow Your True Colors To The Work You Love. Her updated version of this book is Follow Your Inner Heroes To The Work You Love. She is a Past President of the National Employment Counseling Association (NECA) and currently certifying professionals in her Inner Heroes program.

- A self-discovery assessment to learn for yourself and teach others how to become the HERO OF YOUR OWN LIFE.
- Understanding and appreciating the differences in others.
- A user-friendly method to assist an individual in deciding on a meaningful career pathway to success.
- How to apply the Inner Heroes Assessment in individual sessions.
- How to facilitate groups and workshops.
- Decision making, action planning, and goal setting.
- Job search tools.
